3.1 With other users, as part of how the marketplace works

Your profile information is visible to other users as necessary for the Service to function. Specifically: a Manager's profile (company info, services, self-reported credentials, reviews) is visible to any Owner searching the platform. 3.4 We do not sell your personal information

ENIKO does not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Payment Information

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe. ENIKO does not receive or store your full credit card number. Stripe's use of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking

ENIKO uses essential cookies necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your session. If we add analytics tools (e.g., to understand feature usage) in the future, this section will be updated to describe them and, where legally required, a cookie consent banner will be added.

If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 business days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, records of a completed transaction or a review tied to a real engagement).
